Johnson Nursery has poor customer service before and after the sale. The staff did not or could not fully communicate the inferior quality of discounted nursery stock and when the plant died a year later they made no effort to try and do the right thing for the customer. A full refund was not expected. However, a discount on a new plant, a two for one deal or some similar creative arrangement could have been reached in the name of customer service.
