I did the reservation online and chose a service advisor randomly as this is my first service here. Upon arrival, I was given a nice welcome and was then introduced to another service advisor called Richard because the one I chose was running late. Richard was a wonderful person and and I was very impressed with his customer handling. While I was waiting for my service to complete, I was watching him helping other customers cordially which was very impressive. At the end John whom I chose originally came in and took care of the billing etc. It was really a nice experience. I owned expensive premium luxury cars before but never experienced this sorta customer service before. Thumps Up!
