JOHNSON RV IN SANDY We Purchased a New Jayco RV from Johnson RV in October 2012 & it has not been useable-July 2013. DON’T BUY or HAVE YOUR RV MOTORHOME SERVICED AT JOHNSON RV IN SANDY OREGON. They CHEAT and LIE to customers. We purchased a New 2013 Jayco Melbourne 29D in October 2012 from Johnson RV Sandy Oregon. Johnson RV installed new lift jacks as part of new sale. Extra $4100.00 for the Lifting Jacks. They installed the wrong Lifting Jacks; they also were installed in the wrong place and welded them without isolating the electrical system. MAJOR DAMAGE…They were then uninstalled and reinstalled in a different place…wrong again…causing more MAJOR damage to the New RV Motorhome. They tried to fix the RV 2 more times and failed. The new RV as never worked…9 months and counting. Johnson RV in Sandy Oregon will not refund our money or give us a new RV that is undamaged. All Jayco and Ford warranties have been voided because of their faulty installations of the lifting jacks. We have had no use and the RV is un-drive-able. 9 months and no use???. Do not purchase a RV Motorhome, Travel Trailer or have service done at Johnson RV in Sandy Oregon or their Colorado sites. They are proven LIARs and cannot service Motorhomes or Travel Trailers correctly. Thanks for reading this. “We are not the only ones complaining”. Search on the Internet. \r Signed…HOME TOWN SANDY RESIDENT.\r more

We bought a 2013 Unity for over $150,000. When we were to pick the unit up we found out they had built it wrong so waited another 3 weeks. When we finally took possession of it they gave it to us with less than 1/4 tank of fuel and 1/2 tank of Blue Tec (when I complained about it the mailed us a $100 gift card). When we were checking out the unit there was a big hunk of the front skirt broken out, the heat pump wasn't working, the lighted hand rail wouldn't light, water tank insulation was sprayed over the stabilizers so when we would put them down it tore a piece of the insulation off, the stabilizers were defective, the table was defective and the heat blanket light wouldn't work. We made an appointment with them for the repairs and a week later went to pick it up and they hadn't even done the work on it. At about 4:00pm they said they had to order parts and would call us. One month later, still no call........and it just continues. Point is you need to go over your entire unit because their inspection is worthless and they NEVER RETURN CALLS. more

RIPOFFS!!! BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! \r \r I went to Johnson RV to purchase a ""mounting gasket"" for my RV toilet ($16), however, they tried to sell me a ""water valve"" instead !!!! ($47) NOTE: The mounting gasket IS included in the ""water valve kit"", but it's sold separately as well.\r \r When I pointed out that I didn't need a water valve, he kept insisting that he gave me the right part. I ONLY needed the base gasket ($16), not the water valve kit ($47)!!!! \r \r When I called him on his BS, I asked him to measure the gasket that was less money, he said he wasn't comfortable doing that. So, I asked him for a tape measure so I could check to see if the less expensive gasket was the right size, he became VERY indignant and started raising his voice to me. \r \r When he showed me the parts diagram on the computer, I pointed to the ""base gasket"" and I asked him why he didn't show me that one? He said ""Because he didn't have it in STOCK""!!!!! \r \r Why didn't he tell me that in the first place???? Why didn't he offer to order one for me???? Why wouldn't he allow me to measure the other gasket???? I'm convinced he was trying to take advantage of me!!! I've been hearing of other similar complaints from other locals regarding this companies lack of integrity!!! more

LIARS 6/19/2011

After a month of shopping for a class C motorhome, my wife and I returned to Johnson RV to buy. We settled on the one we wanted based on the price that our salesman Brad Howlett kept quoting us for the RV. We offered a slightly lower amount than the price Brad had been quoting, and were actually prepared to accept their original asking price if necessary. When Brad returned from the sales office, not only did they refuse our offer but actually RAISED THE PRICE FROM THE INITIAL QUOTE BY $4400!! They said it was for ""dealer prep"" and ""freight"" We were stunned. Really, you think you can raise the price by thousands during the negotiation and end up with an RV sale? It is obvious that this businesses common practice is to deceive their potential customers with a fake price when their real price is thousands more. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO BUY FROM THESE LIARS! more
