I placed an order online and it said the wait would be 1 hour, which I was fine with because it was a Friday night and I knew they would be busy. But after over an hour went by I called Johnny's Pizza and they said my order was still there and had not been sent out for delivery. There were five orders ahead and me, but they assured me that my order would be there soon. After another 20 minutes they called me back to get directions to where I live. I was so frustrated and hungry and told them to just cancel my order. They didnt apologize and try to help the situation. They just said ""whatever"" and hung up the phone. I understand restaurants do get busy on weekends, but I think restaurants need to be fully staffed knowing it is going to be a busy time. I also think they need to at least let you know it is going to be a later delivery and at least have some common sense to apologize to the customer and don't call the customer to ask for directions. That is ridiculous. I would never recommend Johnny's Pizza to anyone. It was awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
