We spent thousands with this photographer and when the order was messed up (his fault) he wouldn't even talk to us. He did not stand by his work, he did not order what we agreed to buy, and when we called about the problems, he had his assistant call us to tell us he did mess up and it was his fault, but he refuses to speak with us because "he is upset" he spent six hours with us and we weren't happy. We never even got to talk to him despite our repeated requests, and his assistant was very apologetic and you could tell he was embarassed to have to tell us this.
He knew he was wrong (which he even admitted via his assistant), but insulting us and refusing to even speak with us because we weren't happy (which was his fault!!!!!!!!!) is completely unprofessional.
