One of my co-workers has known John P. for a few decade. This guy is the same excellent mechanic. \r \r I took my car in for overall assessment and we made a punch list of what needed to be done. It turned out that all i needed was an oil change. The other items could be done at a later date.\r \r Excellent. No upselling.\r \r I've referred several friends and co-workers to him with the same results. Pros: Does not upsell you more

Best auto repair near culver city 7/11/2008

I just went there today and i can say enough positive things about this place. I was having transmission trouble and i know from my previous car that mechanics often see dollar signs when they hear it's transmission and try to charge you an arm and a leg. John looked at my car, cleaned the sensor, DIDN'T CHARGE ME A PENNY, and now my car is running great. And told me that if i have any particular problems in the future i'm probably covered under warranty still at the dealer. DEFINITELY GO HERE IF YOU WANT HONEST AUTO SERVICE. Pros: honest honest honest Cons: not a lot of parking, but he'll tell you where to park if you ask more
