I'm not the kind of guy who pampers myself but at a charity auction, last year, I bid $50.00 on two massages and won! I am a laboror, in pretty much constant pain due to 3 severely herniated discs in my low back so I figured it couldn't hurt. I've been seeing John every three weeks ever since. Besides being a really nice guy, he is great at what he does. When I first started going it hurt. The last thing I needed was to feel more pain, but I talked to him about it and over the next couple of sessions he found the right pressure for me. He doesn't perform miracles, I am still in a lot of pain a lot of the time, but I am no longer in pain all the time and that's huge for me.
