Sad to say I will not be returning. I left in tears today. Check engine light came on 5 miles after leaving. They told me the problem was fixed and light would not come back on. Very rude upon my returning and wanted more $! I ended up getting my money back but am now left searching for a new service dept. only good thing to happen in the 4 hours I was there is I got my car washed. So if you're looking for a $76 car wash this is the place to go. more

I got my first car from Joe Marina. We agreed $18200 for that car; I trusted them so i didnt read the paper work carefully, but later on after we finished the paper work, we realized that the price they put on the paper is $18700 which $500 higher than what we agreed. paper was already signed, couldnt do anything right? more

Good: This is the second time I have been so frustrated with the service dept. Their quick service is lacking. They are not proactive & the staff spends more time socializing instead of making sure their customers are being served. If there was another dealership closer to me I wouldn't b forced to keep coming back.. Bad: Untimely service. Communication. Improvements: afternoon service given more intensity. more

Good: The salesman, Mark, did not pressure at all. He let us make our own decisions, did as we asked, was not really TRYING to sell a car. When we left we felt like Mark was more a friend then a salesman.. Bad: That it took 6 hours from the time we got to the dealership till we left with our new car. That they offer a shuttle service in Tulsa city limits only, if your car needs to be left for an extended period of time. We live in Sapulpa, so the shuttle service is not going to help us any at all.. Improvements: Shorter time from start to finish on the process of buying a car. Shuttle service to be extended to the sorounding areas of Tulsa, not just Tulsa city limits.. Other: I love my 2010 Honda Fit. If I had the opportunity, I would not trade it for any other make/modle vehicle. I love it's gas millage, roominess on the inside, fun to drive, easy to maneuver, fold down back seats, easy access to controlls on dashboard, the 2 glove compartments, the i-pod & cell phone hook ups, ample cup holders. As far as I know, there is not anything that I do not like about my Honda Fit. Love my Honda Fit, love Joe Marina Honda!!! The next car I buy will be from Joe Marina Honda.. more

I purchased my first car on my own from Joe Marina Honda. I felt comfortable dealing with the salesperson and felt like I got a good deal (as good as you can feel when purchasing a car). They were also great when I brought it in for routine matenenance. I would look at a car from them again. And I loved my Honda! more
