Good: The salesman, Mark, did not pressure at all. He let us make our own decisions, did as we asked, was not really TRYING to sell a car. When we left we felt like Mark was more a friend then a salesman.. Bad: That it took 6 hours from the time we got to the dealership till we left with our new car. That they offer a shuttle service in Tulsa city limits only, if your car needs to be left for an extended period of time. We live in Sapulpa, so the shuttle service is not going to help us any at all.. Improvements: Shorter time from start to finish on the process of buying a car. Shuttle service to be extended to the sorounding areas of Tulsa, not just Tulsa city limits.. Other: I love my 2010 Honda Fit. If I had the opportunity, I would not trade it for any other make/modle vehicle. I love it's gas millage, roominess on the inside, fun to drive, easy to maneuver, fold down back seats, easy access to controlls on dashboard, the 2 glove compartments, the i-pod & cell phone hook ups, ample cup holders. As far as I know, there is not anything that I do not like about my Honda Fit. Love my Honda Fit, love Joe Marina Honda!!! The next car I buy will be from Joe Marina Honda..
