My fiance picked out her dress at jo farho's last November. she was told that it would come in in four to six months. when six months rolled around. we called to see what the status of the dress was and were told that it would come in a few weeks. after a few weeks go by we call again and were given another date. this happened four times. it has now been over 8 months since she ordered her dress and our wedding is now one and a half months away. we still have no idea when the dress will arrive. jo faroh's has not communicated with us at all. they have only called us once, otherwise we have had to call every time. they have even told us that they will call us and never did. they have terrible service and would not recommend this shop to anyone. please! get your dress somewhere else and avoid
