I would have to agree with the first reviewer. I just wish I would have done a little research before signing a lease with JLE. We just got our ""deposit"" back. First let me say that in the 5 places I have lived before we have always recieved our full deposit back. This is the first experience I've had at being ""gouged"". They were consistently rude to us. Glad to be done with them and will take every opportuinty I have of letting others know to stay away! They may be a bit cheaper, but not worth it in the long run.

Cons: rude, difficult to communicate with, do everything they can to keep your deposit.
