Renter beware, I wouldn't waste your time. CAM charges tripled this year, the CAM charge is SO expensive, it is being used to make up for low occupancy. These guys don't know what maintenance is, if you're looking for an overpriced poorly maintained building, with unprofessional management, then this is the place for you. If you are normal and went fair rents and professional management, this is the wrong company for you. If you own a business and are looking to rent space, look in neighboring buildings, they nway over market rate, for one of the worst buildings, and to add insult to injury, they tripled the CAM charge, which is new, it came several years after moving in. They claim the lease says they can charge a CAM fee, but I don't see it anywhere. Since it was cheap when it came out, it would be more expensive to contact an attorney, but with the charge tripling, I think it will be a good investment. Dishonest. Greed, Unprofessional, unethical are just a few word that describe JKL corporation. After reading about commercial leases on the internet, it appears as if they are poorly drafted. If you are looking for JKL corp, you have already learned a greedy corporate pig owns the LLC, and are probably stuck like me with a lease. Hopefully the attorney can point out some flaws in their ""legal zoom boiler plate"" lease which will allow me the opportunity to get out. Fight the pig, don't stand up for corporate greed, make an account, and show the world how poor these guys are!
Cons: Everything, they don't fix anything and triple CAM charges.
