Check this guy's history in Bucks County before you hire him. This "JDC" contractors is his 4th general contracting business. He doesn't finish the job or pay his subs then he closes up and changes his business name. Don't get involved with him! more

Find someone else!!! 2/27/2012

COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE! Seems like a nice guy but he's a terrible general contractor and very lazy. Runs way over on time due to many short work days or no work at all. He also runs VERY over budget and leaves before the job is finished. more

Stay away 7/20/2011

Bad: Over budget, extended time. Did not show up many days and frequently left early. Terrible work ethic!. Other: Many areas in our home left partially finished. Jim has a bad habit of cutting corners and leaving a job before it is complete. If you're happy with 80%, this is the contractor for you. He is the guy who gives general contractors a bad reputation. Do yourself a favor and get references from him!. more
