Jilberto's quality went downhill 4/13/2006

I used to go to Los Jilberto's everyday because of the Carne Asada fries. There were loads of cheese melted on top of carne asada with sour cream and fries and guacamole. But now the cheese isn't really melted on top and the fries seem a little stale. Plus the prices increased. I don't know what's going on but it's still good in comparison to other restaurants in Riverside. That's the only choice for Mexican there... more

jilbertos still rocks sort of 8/19/2005

Jilbertos used to rock, then they raised their prices. STill the food is pretty good, best Mexican food you'll find close to UCR. Two of my favorites are super nachos and california burrito. There used to be this hot chick who worked there but she got replaced by a fat chick, too bad. The prices keep going up too!! Used to be like $5 for super nachos, now it's $7. Oh well, go there at least once if you live near. more
