No stars because this is THE CRAPPIEST oil change place and the people I have seen in my life. I took my vehicle for oil change before the long wknd so that I thought it will be safe for the long drive but Nooooooo.... with these clueless people the trouble started the moment I started to drive off for my long wknd. Now I am looking at changing my two tires for their fault. Ok to cut the story short, I had a flat tire after couple of hours of oil change and there was a oil leak on my drive way, initially I thought I had a flat due to nail or something but the ignorant techs at the oil change checked the tire pressure and didn't tighten the cap properly and the cap I had was the one with pressure monitor so the air leaked and the tire was totally flat so it ruined my long wknd right there and when I went back to them to explain the issues they just asked me to call their manager to talk about the tire issue and regarding the oil leak they have mentioned that the oil leak was from before. I told them that I can show the fresh oil leak on my driveway and they had all reasons to brush me off. Bottom line DO NOT GO TO JIFFY LUBE folks, I am not venting because I had bad service, I want to make sure you don't end up with ruining your happiness and dent in your wallet for no reason. Save your money.
