As a former MPLS resident, I only wish this place was in business when I lived there. True, it's not for everyone. But since a large majority seems to prefer the tacky chaos of the Gay 90s or Saloon, I'm happy that JetSet provides a refuge for me whenever I'm in town. Some reviewers on here complain that JetSet is boring, that there's no dancing, that it's "trying too hard" (?!) to be minimalist. (If it was trying too hard to be minimal, there wouldn't be anywhere to sit.) If you want a dance floor and/or a crazy, over-the-top gay night out, go to that kind of bar. Why does every place in town have to be the same? JetSet is perfect is you want to have a conversation, be in a pleasant atmosphere, and see/meet people you might not see on the tragic Saloon dance floor.
Pros: Chic/simple/stylish ambience, off the beaten track, attractive crowd
Cons: Not for everyone (but that's a Pro, if you ask me)
