Jessup's Brand Source Appliances

I purchased a dishwasher that I only had a month and had to get it serviced. What happened because the dishwasher was not drying out because of the dryer not working. This caused the dish racks to rust. I called the store to get new dish racks while still under warranty and the Service Manager never offered to replace them. Terrible service from store and manager. I will never purchase any appliances from Jessup’s again. Go to Home Depot! more

THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we purchased a set of appliances thru Jessup's and have had the appliances malfunction and have had service guys in and out at least 6 times with in one year. The manager Lou is the WORST and THE rudest person. he lies saying he will call and then never calls.HE never follows up like he says he will with out any call back. Multiple times.. .We purchased the extended warranty and The appliance they sold us has been known to fail and they failed to tell us when we purchase. I suggest you buy from someone else , Any one else like home depot or lowe's any one but Jessups.. WORST COMANY EVER. WE own a real estate Company and my husband owns a contracting company and we advise our clients to not use Jessup's. This way they will avoid the Horrors we went thru. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they suck! more

We purchased our appliances in 2013 and they gave us a 10 main component warranty. We had a main component go in our micro wave oven and they never honored the warranty. We paid the extra money for the appliances because of the warranty but now we feel that it was just a sales gimmick to get us to purchasae from them more

The associates were very friendly and helpful, and their selection very wide. Other people must like them, too, because I see their trucks on the road in the residential sections all the time! They have good prices, too. They also feature scratch and dent appliances. I bought a refrigerator that had a small dent on it and I knew the way it was going to sit in my house so I knew the dent would not show. I got a great deal on a side by side fridge. more
