Went in to pick up some parts, one of which was a replacement head for my trmmer that I had purchased from them.
I called them when I couldn't get apart the head that they sold me as a replacement.
I had to explain to the guy five times what I was trying to do and he had indicated he had taken the part apart several times but couldn't tell me wether the part was threaded or simply pulled off. He hung up on me and when I called back and asked him what had happened he indicated we must have been disconnected.
I told him that I had purchased the trimmer from them and was just after a little customer service and if he could open the part he had and let me know what I needed to do. He said he was alone and couldn't and he hung up on me again.
If a company such as Jesen & Pilegard doesn't have customer service, especially on products that they sell, then why are they still in business? They can't compete on price with major chains.
If you are looking to buy from a small company to obtain service after the sell this isn't the place for you.
Its too bad it used to be.
