I found a used Passat on-line at sent an email to say I was interested. I was traveling during the week and had little time when I finally made it there. The staff greeted me and they were very helpful. Jerry showed exactly what I was interested in and he moved quickly, being conscious of my time. The price was very reasonable and straight "extra" charges as I found in other dealerships. Jerry completed the paperwork efficiently and I was on my way. Today I went to pick up the car and everything was just perfect. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I will be sure to let my friends know. Thanks Jerry!!! more

Steve Tinkler was a very knowledgeable salesperson. Steve used just the right amount of "soft sales" technique. Dion, the Manager gave a a "Manager's special" as we were sitting in the car. I fell in love with the car. Robert DiCicco, the Business Manager explained all of the costs associated with the car. more

We needed a new car. It was to be our first experience with the Costco arrangement. This, in turn,led us to the Jennings dealership, and to Steve Tinkler. Steve turned out to be an excellent representative of the firm, since we had not selected a specific brand of car and had originally planned to use the offer as a bargaining chip with other dealers. Steve was fair, helpful and persuasive, and we left as proud owners of a new Malibu. Because we had issues with seat height and such, he helped us select the best model for our needs. The experience was painless and Steve, as well as the Costco connection, made it worth our while. more

Went in to buy a mid size car. I left to look at other cars at other dealers and found that Jenning's were the best in pricing and they treated you very nice, friendly and like family. Ray the manager was very nice and went out of his way and so did my sales consult Lenny, he was fantastic. I would definitly recommend them in fact I already did!! more

no pressure when it came to choosing the car 7/11/2011

I went with my Dad looking for a new sub-compact car to replace my old car. Jerry was friendly and very helpful. He answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. He also had my dad's best interest in mind. Jerry gave me no pressure when it came to choosing the car and was very negotiable with the price. I saw Davis when it came down to financing. He was friendly and followed through with my dad's wishes in not pushing me into getting extra warranties and packages. I would highly recommend anyone going to Jennings Chevrolet and seeing Jerry for their new car. more

I requested many dealers to give me the best price on 2 new vehicles. I new exactly what I wanted, didn't want to pay for additional features, and wanted to take advantage of monthly rebate incentives about to expire. Many dealers responded with attractive quotes but weren't able to find vehicles to match them. Two of the lowest quotes I received were from Chris H. with Jennings Chevrolet. After talking to him further, he was able to deliver the vehicles for the same low prices within a few days so I qualified for the rebates. Chris was extremely professional throughout the search and purchase process. He was courtious, respectful, quick, and most importantly kept his word. Within 1 week from my original request, I purchased 2 new vehicles from Jennings Chevrolet and was thouroughly satisfied with their prices and their services. I highly recommend this dealership and Chris Hallenberg as a sales representative. more

After researching the car I wanted (Used VW Eos) for a couple months and dealing with a couple dealerships, I was very pleased to find the car I wanted at the PRICE I wanted along with the certified pre-owned warranty at Jennings VW. I dealt with Adel and the whole experience was different from my experiences at other dealerships that same week. No-nonsense, no haggling, straightforward pricing. Didn't try to sell me stuff I did not need. I went in there knowing how much I wanted to pay, test drove the car, and purchased it that day at the price I was looking to pay. Steve was cordial, helpful, and focused on helping us find the best car for our situation. Generally I have had negative experiences with car salesmen in the past but given my experience with Steve I would highly recommend him to my friends and family. We originally chose this dealership because when my daughter when was in town and having problems with her Chevy Equinox the service department was exceptional. more

Went to the dealership searching for a Crossover and met Steve Tinkler (t-rex). He showed me the inventory of what he had, but the type of vehicle I wanted with certain options wasn't there. So then Steve did a search for the car and traded from another dealership. Definitely went out of his way to find the car I wanted. He was very nice and courteous as well. A++ more

I despise the cary buying process and I had a complicated transaction, because I was turning in a Saturn for a credit through GM. Nikki stuck with me through the whole deal and made sure that I qualified for all of the incentives available on my new Chevrolet Equinox. She also made sure that I was well cared for, even when I dealt with departments other than the sales. She would check in regularly and was willing to answer any question I may have or ask any on my behalf. If you are in the market for a new Chevy and you live in the Chicago area, head over to Jennings and ask for Nikki. It was totally worth the experience. more

I worked with Adel Ubeid, and the experience was easy and Adel was more like an auto consultant than a gritty salesman - it made car buying easy and I got a fair deal that both saved me money and allowed the dealer to make a fair profit. Adel was a true gentleman, accommondated me at every turn, and didn't try to "hard sell" any add-ons or play games with the price. I was in and out after 2 visits, and am very happy with my purchase. The offer on my trade=in was much more than I expected, and I left the lot in a great car with a full tank of gas. I highly recommend Adel for anyone looking for a quality used car more

Rick and Bob worked together to find me not only a great car, but at a great price. I came in on a budget, and when they showed me the car I thought they were crazy. Only to find out the price was well within my budget, and the car was nicely appointed. Any question I had they either answered or got me an answer within moments, overall easily the best experience I have had at a car dealership. more
