First of after purchasing this couch on 10/21, we were promised a delivery date of 11/17. We never heard a confirmation call but decided to wait for the couch anyway. Around 3 pm we finally called the location, and needless to say we found out there was a""glitch"" and our couch was not loaded onto the truck.They would not specify what ""glitch"" it was nor did anyone notify us that the couch was not going to be delivered. We called the following business day and then told them that we are willing to wait for our couch as long as it was delivered after 1pm on 11/21. Again, experienced horrible customer service as they confirmed the move window form 10am - 3pm on 11/21. This the most riduclous customer serivice I have ever exeperienced. They told us the next available date was not until 11/28 which is a work day which they could not understand that we cannot accomodate as we have JOBS. After all the commotion, I decided to cancel the order and receive a full refund and then they tried to charge a cancelation fee on us for their mistake. Then the manager said that she didn't realize that we had already scheduled the first time on 11/17. This is the most ridiculous, unorganized company.
