My family used this moving company for their move across the country. When my family arrived at their new home, the box springs and mattresses were torn from being wrapped incorrectly. Jeff's Movers stated that they had nothing to do with the damage. My family said that they would like to figure out a way to cover the damages that were not there before they moved. The manager called his driver who was in route with more items and told him to turn around. He told his driver that as long as the items were in their truck the items were their property. He then proceeded to tell the driver and my family that they would not deliver until the price was paid in full; which was not what was discussed prior to the move. My tip: Become more customer friendly, stay true to your word, and wrap items correctly.
