I ordered two pair of shoes from their website. Part of the deal was that you could get free shipping if you ordered two pair. Great! That's what I did. Then I received an email that one of the pair that was listed as "In stock" on their site, was indeed NOT in stock so they were cancelling that part of the order and did I still want the other pair. The catch? That I would have to pay for shipping, since I would only be getting one pair. Now I would have been happy to pay for shipping if I had cancelled the second pair or if I only chose one to begin with, but THEY cancelled the second pair. That is either really bad customer service or a scam!
