My family has been with JD Snead for several years, and everything went well until an accident after which our car had to be towed. We called JD's office the next morning and the front desk lady told us not to worry about the towing charges and that we only had to pay for storage. However, when we came to pick up the car the same day, the storage facility told us that we had to pay towing upfront and then get reimbursed by State Farm. Because of the initial misinformation by JD's office, we did not have enough money with us when we came to pick up the car and it had to stay at the storage facility for the weekend. We called JD's office again on Monday and the front desk lady told us again that we should not worry about towing charges and that we should just pay for storage. We then went to pick up the car again and the storage facility again demanded payment for both the towing and storage. We paid everything, but when we went to JD for reimbursement, he denied that anyone in his office could give us wrong information and only cut us the check for towing. Not a single cent was reimbursed to us for the extra days that the car had to stay in the storage facility due to the fact that the front desk person told us not to worry about towing charges and never mentioned that we had to pay the whole bill upfront and only then get reimbursed for towing. JD is nice and sweet when everything is fine, but do not count on him to take any responsibility for the mistakes that his staff makes.
