Correct Name is Jazzercise Luther Elementary School. Current class schedule is 6:00pm Mon/Wed, 5:30pm Thurs, 6:00am Tues/Fri, 8:30am Saturday. Class members can also attend additional classes at no extra charge at Jefferson City Hall, 5:00pm Mon/Wed, and Cambridge Elem School, 6:00pm Tues/Thursday and Saturday 8:30am. Also, 8:30am Mon- Fri at Dance Attitudes Dance Studio in Janesville. more

  • Jazzercise is a 60-minute group fitness class combining cardio, strength, and stretch moves for a total body workout. The dance exercise program combines jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga and kickboxing into one fun and effective workout. Dance yourself fit to today’s hottest music, including Top 40, jazz, country, hip hop, funk, rock and Latin. There is no dance experience necessary, as our certified instructors make all the routines fun and easy-to-follow. Every class includes a gentle warm-up, 30-minute aerobic workout, muscle toning and strengthening segment using weights or resistance tubes and a stretch finale. If you want to lose weight, tone muscles, increase cardiovascular endurance, strength and flexibility, come join us today!
