Please trust my highest recommendation of the Jazzercise classes offered in Norwood-Edison Park/Park Ridge as the best fitness choice available on the northwest side of Chicago! Claret Oulvey is the Jazzercise franchise owner and I contend she is the best Jazzercise instructor in the country. I have found Jazzercise to consistently deliver as a comprehensive and highly effective program informed by the latest research and guided by an exceptional instructor. Very affordable. Convenient schedule of 9 classes each week. Great music carries you through your dance aerobics and proper body sculpting techniques. Very friendly and supportive class culture for all fitness levels. more

I have worked out with Claret in Norwood Park and Park Ridge for the past 19 years. There is a reason I have been with her all these years. She is the best at what she does.   • Jazzercise is a 60-minute group fitness class combining cardio, strength, and stretch moves for a total body workout. The dance exercise program combines jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga and kickboxing into one fun and effective workout. Dance yourself fit to today’s hottest music, including Top 40, jazz, country, hip hop, funk, rock and Latin. There is no dance experience necessary, as our certified instructors make all the routines fun and easy-to-follow. Every class includes a gentle warm-up, 30-minute aerobic workout, muscle toning and strengthening segment using weights or resistance tubes and a stretch finale. If you want to lose weight, tone muscles, increase cardiovascular endurance, strength and flexibility, come join us today!
