I bought a dress at Jaspeer for $214. Before I even got out the door, I noticed it had a defect. Then I found another and another and another. I walked back to the desk and showed the salesperson. She told me she could have it fixed and ""wouldn't charge me for the alterations."" I told the salesperson I don't think the dress is constructed well and I would like a refund. She said she would have to call the owner and would get back to me. I didn't even take the dress with me. So far, they've told me they'll give me a discount. I don't want to pay any price for a dress that is poorly made. I don't want the dress. They've told me that I would have to pay for credit card company's fee for issuing a refund. REALLY!!!!??? You're going to charge me to give me a refund for a defective dress? The store still has the dress because I never even took it with me. And the store still has my $214.
