great eyebrows 7/2/2007

This was my first time with threading and it was fantastic. I didn't feel that much pain as waxing and I got a customized eyebrow arch in a very reasonable price. I would recommend every one to go to jamila. It feels great. She also does herbal facials. I have already booked an appointment with her. more

Without a Doubt! Best Facial in Town!! 3/10/2007

I heard about this salon and Jamila's facials and threading from a friend. She mentioned this salon as the "best kept secret in town." Prices for all the services they offer are so reasonable! I have had many facials in well known salons and spas around town, but this facial was without a doubt the BEST, and most RELAXING I have ever experienced. Jamila puts you at ease immediately. I was pampered and my skin was so refreshed it glowed! The threading of my eyebrows was great too! Jamila gave me a great eyebrow shape....its been like an instant eyelift! I Love it!! Everyone was so nice and made me feel very comfortable. I booked my next appointment! Pros: Beautiful Salon, Great Parking, Great Central Austin Location. Cons: None more

I LOVE my new eyebrows!!!!!! 1/8/2007

Jamila Salon and Spa was the first place to introduce me to threading. At first I was a little hesitant, but once I met Jamila she explained the procedure and immediately felt at ease. Most of all I loved all the pampering and great service that was given to me from the moment I walked in. Afterwards, I had the best and relaxing facial. I walked out as if I had slept for days. I definitely recommend Jamila Salon and Spa. I can't wait for my next appointment. Pros: Easy parking, great location, on time service, outstanding service Cons: Nothing! more

Joseph Prete is by far the best stylist that I have encountered in many years! He takes the time to understand his client's needs and wants and genuinely cares about his work.
