I have never felt so disrespected at any salon in my life as I had at James Barber Shop. Upon walking in, I already had an uneasy feeling as I was eyed by both the barber and a woman who worked there. I sat down and explained my cut. He noticed that I had dry skin, which I must tell you is not uncommon. At that moment, he told me he could not service me, because I had dry skin. I offered to lotion my skin, but he said that there was no way he could service me. This is absolutely unacceptable. Do not go here if you like to feel welcome at an establishment.
