Awesome Selection. Fast Delivery. Fair Prices. 5/24/2012

As long as Jampaper keeps variety, good quality, fair prices, fast delivery then I surely recommend it to anyone. You can search wedding envelopes in many sizes and colors to make your wedding invitation envelopes look unique & stylish at JAM Paper & Envelope. Really they have wonderful selection of envelopes, wrapping papers, gift bags and so on. more

Fantastic Service & Amazing Selection 12/20/2011

They offer a wide selection of different types of paper and envelopes. It's a good place to go to if you need to make invitations. They also have albums and plastic covers to store your projects. The prices are cheaper than most of the art and craft stores that I've been to.It's in a good location and easy to find. You can usually find some very nice gifts here. I highly recommend Jampaper & Envelope to my friends and family for this store. Or you can also order from their website more

Worst Customer Service EVER 12/8/2011

I would leave zero stars if I could. Tried to order from them and wanted to get overnight service. Was told they would not ship because the shipping cost exceeded the product cost. They demanded that I get a FedEx account to ship. Mike Jacobs was rude, unprofessional and a total jerk to me on the phone. Refused to put on a supervisor and hung up on me. After I tracked down a FedEx number and made a new order Mike Jacobs proceeded to cancel the order just out of spite and then sent threatening and harassing emails to me throughout the day. NEVER do business with this company or you will regret it. more

Horrible! 10/27/2011

This company has awful customer service. I inquired about ordering a sample and was given minimal instructions. After figuring it out on my own, I still had a few questions and the representative told me my requests were "too time consuming". He was extremely rude and will never get our business. Do not order from this company. more

Friendly and helpful staff of JAM Paper & Envelope 10/16/2011

Friendly and helpful staff. They immediately asked me if I required assistance and pointed me in the right direction. The store is very clean and organized. A huge selection. The products are high quality and fairly easy to find. more

DO NOT ORDER FROM JAM PAPER. They are extremely rude and could care less about your order. I needed to change the shipping address of my order and was insulted by their terrible customer service and offensive sarcasm. Find your paper elsewhere. Jam Paper & Envelope is the worst paper company I have ever dealt with. Do not waste your time. They are full of lies and will seriously screw you over. more

Don't waste your time!!! 11/4/2010

Everyone I talked to was incredibly rude and unhelpful. All I wanted to know was if the cost of a sample ($3.50 - ridiculous price to stick a stamp on something) would be refunded if I placed an order, as is customary with most paper companies. However, the "manager" told me that my question was ridiculous and hund up on me. Like I said, don't waste your time. more

The WORST and RUDEST customer service 2/24/2009

Good: Nothing. Bad: The rudest customer service personnel; and being hung up on. They may have a nice selection, but HOW in the world can a business with that NON-service and attitude stay in business?. Improvements: Only putting them out of business would improve that experience; no customer service training will make that personnel decent.. more

I had a problem with my order. I called customer service and was hung up on twice, seriously! Was told "when you're wrong, you're wrong" and the keep my child quiet (whom is 15 months old and sick with the flu). I was a potentially large customer working for a public school. I don't recommend this store, the customer services representatives will not give me to a supervisor. more

I have a problem with an order. I have called and been hung up on twice and refused access to a supervisor. I too am an owner of a business and see that this company if family owned/operated. I hope the owners read the feedback. I was a potential huge account (public school). more

Atrocious Customer Service 12/16/2008

I am astonished that JAM Paper is still in business. The owner lacks the willingness or mathmatical capacity provide detailed pricing information. He is deficient in the product knowledge neccessary to answers simple product questions - and actually becomes annoyed. When I attempted to work with someone other than him at JAM, he became enraged and it was clear that he harbors deep insecurities that manifest in total disrespect and unprofessionalism. Beware! more

JAM Envelope!!! 9/8/2008

They should just call this place "The Envelope Store." I went there to find paper for my wedding and the entire store was envelopes of every size color and texture you could ever want. There was a small selection of paper with limited color choices and sizes available. If you want envelopes then here is the place to go. more

i ordered papers and envelopes for my wedding through JAM paper. not only did the customer service rep notify me (very soon after my order) to let me know they'd shipped, but i got a quick email response to a question i had, and i received my order sooner than promised. would have liked a little more color selection on some products. the prices are good. i'm glad i found this place! more

The worst!!! 4/9/2008

I bought 200 5"x11.5" envelopes from them. They were badly shrink wrapped and dirty. As well, were literally 1/16th bigger than advertised, so they all came back for insufficient postage. Jam paper is a waste of time and money!!! more

AWFUL! 3/14/2008

These people are ignorant idiots! I had a very small order of envelopes from them and they decided to pack them in a thin CARDBOARD envelope. The envelope got wet and my envelopes were ruined. Half of them were sealed. They refused to give me any money back because I accepted it from UPS....who left it on my doorstep and ran. I had to steam the envelopes open to get any use from them. When I called the lady was very rude and told me next time I shouldn't use them if they don't work. These people are awful. DO NOT buy from these people! They will only screw you! more

Horrible Customer Service!!! 11/13/2007

On behalf of the store itself, I'm sure it is very nice, and it sounds like they have wonderful products. However, I'm writing about their customer service agents-- the ones who answer the phones when you have a problem. I ordered several products from Jam Papes for my wedding invitations. I asked for 2-day shipping and did not get the products I ordered for 5 days. (I ordered on a Thursday and did not get them until Wednesday of the following week.) When I got the box, it had two gaping holes in the bottom of it. UPS dropped it off, and I didn't get a chance to sign for it. The products were packed in a very thin box that said "100 Envelopes" on the outside of it-- a manufacturer's box that shouldn't have been used to ship such a heavy order. On top of that, all of the products were not wrapped in bubble wrap or secured in ANY way. Horrible packing job!!! So, 75% of the order was ruined... with most of the paper and all of the envelopes bent. So, I called and was told by one of their customer service reps (Ann Marie) that "life happens." I asked what she was going to do about it, and she told me that it was UPS's fault. They refused to take any kind of ownership for the box being poorly packed and my $600 paper order being ruined. We wanted to get answers from them on how they could make it better. When my fiancee got on the phone and began to ask questions, they actually had the nerve to ask him if he was deaf-- they weren't going to take ownership! So, with no other options and NEVER wanting to do business with them again, we had UPS pick up the box 2 months ago to be investigated and still haven't heard anything from Jam Papers. Instead of ordering from Jam Papers again, we went with a company out of Illinois for our invitations called Envelope Mall ( Great customer service at Envelope Mall, better prices, and they followed through with their promises. Don't use Jam Papers! If something goes wrong, you'll be sorry!! more

Customer service 11/13/2007

The entire staff at Jam Paper needs to take a customer service class!! more

Horrible Owner... watch out... he answers the phone! 8/13/2007

Terrible experience with Jam Paper 5/4/2007

I just got off the phone with owner Mike Jacobs of Jam Paper. I rush ordered 125 envelopes for my wedding. Jam Paper took three days to process the envelopes. I called to tell the company that I was disappointed, and I had expected the order to be processed in one day (for my extra $20 in shipping). The man I spoke to was rude, and I didn't believe him when he said that he would take the feedback to his supervisor (I asked him to put information on the website that says that orders may take 2-3 days to process). I called back to actually speak to a supervisor, since I didn't believe he would. The same guy picked up, I asked to speak to his supervisor, and he said that he was the owner, Mike Jacobs. He then told me to get a life, that he always deals with freak-out brides. I told him he was an arrogant New Yorker, and that was that. THEN, he called my cell phone and said "I'm just returning the favor," and hung up. What an invasion of my privacy and that is SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I am returning my order as a matter of principal. His quote: "I don't care about small orders like you." Update: Mike canceled my order and refunded me in full, including shipping. At least he did the right thing in the end. more

Practical paper needs 5/27/2006

I find Jam Paper practical as opposed to a location to indulge my fetish for the old fashioned (and that includes proper stationary and good pens). Jam Paper is great if you need to get bright colored papers for fliers or attention grabbing envelopes and paper for marketing purposes. They also sell envelopes for headshots with clear windows, which is great for actors. If you want fancy stationary though, this is not the place. more
