This place was recommended to me by a friend and let me tell you, it does not receive enough credit. We got there just before dinner time and the place was empty but it filled up fast as the time approached 5pm. Most of the customers were of asian descent which tells you right there that the place is authentic. The service is fast and very pleasant. Great menu (both in English and Chinese). The prices are pretty cheap ranging from a $1.20 soups, $6 dishes, $13 seafood to $12 family dinners. Pros: Quality of food more

For a place that makes such wonderful and authentic chinese dishes, I am surprised to find lack of praises and review infos on the web. The only reason I can think of is that for this place, it is recommended you go with chinese people. You will get a separate chinese-only menu full of house specialties that are beyond comparison to your ordinary beef w/ broccoli types of dishes. The seating is mostly prompt, servers are friendly, and the food is definitely one of the best chinese food in all of St. Louis. The price is cheap for the food you get and atmostphere is very family friendly. It is best if you have between 4-6 in your party so you can do family-style and sample more dishes, and still get plenty of portions each. Reservation is necessary for large groups (8+).
