Best

LOVED it. Got the gumbo and a shrimp salad, and I was very happy. About to order from them again right now actually...

Worst

prompt delivery, but sub-par quality. even side salad wasn't fresh - crepe was drenched in cream/had very little flavor.

If you like crepes and amazing breakfast food this is the place to go. This is their second location (hence the Too in the name) but is just as good as the original. I think it even has better parking. Be sure to try the hot cocoa or french press coffee. more

Not a great space, and bad service on the first visit. But good food overall. If considering going again then consider Cuvée 100 feet away. more

One of my favorite restaurants in the whole world. The queso is to die for and the savory crepes are heaven. LOVE LOVE LOVE! more

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN 10/16/2011

I have never written a review before, but I feel so strongly on this that I had to write one. I have been to the other jack and jill in beverly hills numerous times with my kids, and have always had a great experience, so much so that my kids always ask to go there. Today the line was very long to get in, and so we decided to try the one on 3rd street, much closer to me. I was with my 7 year old son who had requested this restaurant. I ordered the chicken tenders for him, a $7 meal. 2 of the tiniest little specks of chicken came out. It was about the size of a half dollar. My child said he was still starving, so I said something to the waiter, who said he would try to get him another piece. Well, they would not give him another piece. It was so small it was outrageous, for $7. I had to take my son somewhere else afterwards to get him some more food. The fact that they wouldn't even bring him out one more piece was ridiculous. We have never had this issue with the one in BH, and I guess that will be the only one we will go to in the future. As we have owners of restaurants in our family, we were shocked at the lack of response to this. The waiter tried to be helpful, and it was no reflection on him, but I will say that they obviously do not want children to eat there or they would give them something substantial enough to sustain their appetite. My son is only 7. I can't even imagine a 12 year old trying to satisfy his appetite with that. more

My favorite lunch spot 2/4/2009

This is my favorite lunch spot near Robertson. I could go on for days about why I love this place, basically it comes down to 3 things: Great food & service , well priced and it's situated right off of Robertson Blvd. Pros: Food, service, price Cons: Parking more

Good food with surprisingly little 'tude 12/18/2008

Had walked by this place many times and finally went for dinner. We were there on a rainy Sunday night, so light crowd and probably quieter than normal. Service was good - a little of the model/actor/actress/server vibe going on, but overall a good time. Menu was great - comfort cooking and the crepes were a nice end to the meal. Not a huge menu but good, varied choices. Would be interested to try brunch there - problem will be getting a table ... more

Great food, friendly atmosphere... 9/21/2008

The food is awesome! I love the pulled pork sandwiches and ALL of the salads are oh so yummy! Service is always excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful. Take out is always quick as well. Would highly recommend it. I'd eat here every day if I could. Pros: Service, Food Cons: Parking more

Better than the crepes I had in Paris! 7/14/2008

Had lunch there 1pm Saturday - sat outside on patio, which was quiet. (The tables inside looked too close together and the room was very noisy). Traffic on 3rd Street wasn't interfering with conversation at all. Menu is extensive, e.g., savory crepes (chicken breast, sauteed asparagus, cheese, garlic cream sauce ~ spinach, tomato, onions, olive, feta - add shrimp for $4.95 ~andouille sausage, shrimp, chicken breast and Jambalaya sauce); dessert crepes (simple cinnamon, Nutella and banana, Nutella and berries, Apricot preserves, cream cheese & honey; salads (chopped chicken, blackened salmon Caesar, Pecan Citrus, etc.), and sandwiches (Pulled pork, burger, muffaletta, pancetta club and roasted turkey, brie on a croissant. A Rotisserie half chicken and BBQ baby back ribs with a little (I mean very little) salad and cornbread offered weekday lunches only. They also have a bread pudding that looked decadent (and must have been because the woman who ordered it inhaled it.) \r \r We both had savory buckwheat crepes - chicken, artichoke hearts, tomato, cheese w/basil cream sauce and the other ham, mozzarella & sherry cream sauce (there may have been 1 or 2 more ingredients - not sure. Sauces were seasoned well and crepe filling portions perfect. Each came with the little salad - butterleaf lettuce, roma tomato, mushrooms, shaved carrots, candied pecans w/citrus vinaigrette. \r \r At dinner, the menu expands to include NY steak, petite filet. They come with sweet potato fries, jambalaya rice, baked potato or seasonal veggies. YOu can add a little salad or Caesar for $4.95 (don't think it would be worth it). There are also starters (bayou bruschetta, smoked chicken gumbo, sweet potato melts, grilled artichokes.\r \r Our server was outstanding. Didn't hover but checked in often enough so that we didn't feel neglected.\r \r All in all, a great little find. Wine and beer. Pick-up or delivery.\r Pros: Portions just right, extensive menu, patio ambience nicer than inside, good service Cons: Parking. Some might say prices (lunch savory crepes $10 but some might consider portions small) more
