Since all the reviews listed were from 2002 I thought it was time for an update. Have you been inside a J.Crew lately? It's fall there and the warmth of the color pallet and cashmere show it. Yes it may be true that the prices are higher but for the quality of the product it's really the best. Their cashmere comes from Loro Piana, their shoes are made in Italy, and they have leather bags tumbled by Borge Gavarie. I love J.Crew and have been shopping there for years, they have basic items as well as the really great, one-of-a-kind pieces that really make a statement. It's not just chinos anymore. Plus what's better they have kids clothes and bothe my daughter and I love there little versions of preppy. If you haven't been stopped by in awhile, you should, but this isn't the Gap so you should expect quaulity and expect to pay for it. On a side note, since this references the Bellevue location, you should know that they are remodeling so things look a little rough around the edges, but the service and products are still fantastic.
Pros: quality for the price is unbeatable. You can even find great prices on sale, if you like that kind of shopping.
Cons: construction
