DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! I truly mean this from the bottom of my heart. My fiance was in a car accident a few months back. We took our car here to get all the body work done. It was a disaster. First, they had our car for about 4 weeks, longer than was expected. Second, our insurance agent called and said, ""uh, are you going to go get your car?"" We had no idea it was ready. No call. Nothing. Third, when we got the car, there were a number of items that were still not fixed, but we were not informed of this when we picked it up. Unknowingly, we drove away with no covering for one of the fog lights. An error message on our dash popped up saying something was wrong with our headlight, and the whole left side of the car was not working (i.e. I could not roll the window down or adjust the side mirror). We called them and they said, ""oh uh yeah. The fog light cover is on order."" Well, thanks for telling us that when we picked the car up!!!! After 3 weeks of dealing with them to get us back into the shop to finish up the rest of the stuff, they still could not fix a few things and told us to go to Audi. They did say they would cover the charges at Audi for us. When Audi was done with their inspection, they asked us to come see something. Broadway Auto Body had GLUED our headlight back in. Audi headlights adjust when you are on an incline or decline. You cannot GLUE an adjustable headlight back into place. Our insurance company basically paid for Broadway to fix our car, and they did not follow through. And the insurance company doesn't care about the poor quality of service you get. They pay the shop when the shop notifies them of completed service. Broadway lied and obviously told them the car was finished because they were paid. We already reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I just don't see how you can run a business like they do. It was such terrible service. We were left disapointed and angry. WE WILL NOT TAKE OUR CAR BACK there. Absolutely NOT ever again. I am not even going to give them a chance to redeem themselves. I'll just take it down the road, as there are other auto body shops close by. And we still feel they owe us money for the service that has not been completed. Negative 10 stars on this one.
