Lousy, rude and inattentive service. The food comes out in parts...first one person's plate than another person's plate 10 minutes later, and I couldn't get them to bring my chile con queso no matter how hard I tried. After receiving our entrees and asking three times about the appetizer, I was told that they did not have the right cheese and it was ""not melting properly"". WHAT?!?! They did not bother to apologize or offer us anything else in exchange for our frustration. In fact, they really didn't seem to care that we were getting upset and angry. When my husband asked for the bill, he was angrily told that they would just add it up at the register. We never got an itemization of our charges or an actual bill. We also had the feeling that the employees really did not like the fact that my husband and I are a mixed couple (he is white and I am Latina). They were summarily rude to us and kept staring at us throughout our entire meal. The food also was not very good. I had the caldo de camaron. It was broth and five or six shrimps...that's it for $10.00. When I asked about rice (I have never seen it served w/o) they acted like it was a big inconvenience...and it took almost ten minutes just to get a small plate of it. My husband's enchiladas were runny and just OK. We have had better service and food at chain restaurants. Obviously, we did not leave a tip and will not be coming back. I agree with the previous review that they really only seem to care about what's on TV or, I might add, their own personal conversations.
Cons: Rude employees; High prices for poor quality and small servings
