I ordered a $1500 sofa from Italia back in January of this year. I finally received my sofa eight months later and was not impressed. It had issues and was not made correctly and did not look or feel like the floor model I picked out in January. The Natuzzi people tried to fix it, but not to satisfactory condition. To me it is unacceptable, however the Natuzzi people refuse to do anything more. Sunny, the general manager of Italia furniture has given me contradictory statements on what she will do to rectify the situation as a representative of Natuzzi. And now, my only options seem to be to take another sofa that I do not like at all, or take a 75% refund and just eat $375. Not to mention that my most recent phone conversation with Sunny resulted in her being rude, curt, and argumentative with me AGAIN. This was not the first time she had been this way with me on the phone. I am not a person who ever takes the time to write reviews, but I have felt so strongly about this situation, that I had to post. I also am not a person who lies, or is over-dramatic and distorts the truth. I will not be giving my business to Italia Furniture again, or Natuzzi.
