My husband took his Fossil watch in to have a battery replaced. They replaced the battery but the watch didn't work. The person who spoke with my husband said he could leave it and they would look at it to figure out why it wasn't working. They said they would call him and inform him of what was wrong with the watch. A month later and we didn't receive a phone call. I called them as soon as they opened on Friday and the woman that I spoke with was very rude. She informed me that they had just opened and she couldn't look for his watch right then and that she would call me back in 15 minutes. No one returned my call. My husband decides to have it picked up. The lady that was behind the counter, when I went to pick up the watch, was extremely rude and then attempted to charge me again for what my husband had already paid for. I refuse to go back to this store. I'll find another store that cares about their customers or I'll buy a new watch! more

This place is horrible. I took in 7 glasses to get etched for our wedding. They told me they would be done on the following friday. I went in on the monday after and upon not being greeted and the gentleman turning around and looking at me and then turning around and still not greeting me I waited for 10 minutes. When they finally decided to ask me if I needed something they couldn't find my glasses which I had already paid for. When they finally found them they were not done. I had to go back the next day and they finally were done. They had messed up one of the glasses and I had to leave it. The lady told me she would replace the glass and fix it. Then I got a phone call later telling me it was my fault with my hand writing and I would have to replace the glass and they would not charge me to etch it. I guarentee I will NOT go back to this very rude and very unprofessional place. more

I LOVE this place! What a great family run business. The staff I met was great!!!\r \r I had my dads grandfather clock cleaned and repaired by them. The sweet lady, I think her name was Sandra, and her tech (Greg?) that came out to our home were very pleasant to work with. My clock was done in less than 3 weeks and has worked perfectly since!!\r \r I will say this after reading other reviews on here I wasn't sure... but I was told by neighbors that since the new clock tech was hired, clock repair has been great! \r \r My sons baseball team ordered trophies from them thanks to Ms. Sandra! \r Please call and talk with Sandra and the others if you need clock repair, engraving, trophies, etc. more

Tick Tock, We are Still Waiting for our CLock 4/23/2012

This is the only place in town that services grandfather clocks so they have a monopoly on the business and they can do what they want. You will notice even though the 5 star review down there is, after all, 5 stars, it STILL says ""It took a while to get my clock back."" So I am clueless how that earns them a 5 star review. A couple months ago we dropped off our clock. A few weeks ago we went in to check on our clock, to be told they were waiting for a part and they would call us in 2 weeks. That was 3 weeks ago. I very sincerely hope they do a good job on it, because I never want to deal with them again. Very nice and polite staff, no complaints there, but slower than molasses in January for turn around time. I have a half a mind to collect up all the pieces and parts and take it elsewhere. Luminox Woes 4/12/2012

I also have not had a good experience with "It's Time Clock Shop". Took my Luminox watch in for repair with supposedly a bad movement. Like others have said, they never call. Every time I called, was told the part was ordered. Took at least 6 months(1st time). Finally got my watch back. Couldn't tell a thing had been done too it. Same problem as before I took it in. So, I took it back. They are very cordial, nice people, but if you can't fix it don't fix it. After about another 6 months or so of the same previousely stated routine, I got my watch back.........just like it was before I took it in. I'm done with them. Good news is, I'm only out $35.00 bucks for watch storage (the cost of "repairs"). more

It's Time is a RIP OFF! 6/30/2011

Worst business in Clarksville! I called It's Time years ago to service my grandfather clock. He (DREW) came to my house, fell in love with it and offered me 6K for it. I was not interested in selling it. Years later I called him to sell it, he came and looked at it and told me it was not worth anything....$500 tops. OK! He didn't remember telling me how valuable it was. He tried to rip me off! So, now my boyfriend takes a simple watch to Drew at It's Time to get cleaned. We went to get it, it was not done. We went to get it, it was not done...again. We finally got it, paid $42, got home and it stopped working. He said he would make it right so we took it back. We would go to get it and he would say come back tomorrow. We would go back and he said it is at his home, come tomorrow. At one point he even told us he would bring it to our house. He never called, never brought it. Long story short...excuse and excuse and lie after lie....4 months passes, we FINALLY get the watch today...get it home and its NOT WORKING! Drew is a scam artist! more

Best in Town 1/5/2011

i didn't even know this place existed. My wife and I sold some gold on Wilma Rudolph for $20 and after i went to the Clock Shop, found out I could have gotten a lot more. I gave them a clock to fix and some watches. Really cheap. It took a while to get my clock back, but it looked like everyone in Clarksville has a clock in there. I guess that means there good. I got my clock back and it was fixed better then i asked, they even replaced my battery box without me asking. My brother in law bought his wedding rings there and got a ring at a fraction of the price it would be in the mall. more

watch repair-full of pity 12/21/2010

You either repair watches and clocks or you're just an establishment that sells pretty crystal trinkets. Mostly the latter.\r Had them attempt to repair my wife's watch. After a dozen phone calls and almost 4months later we FINALLY got it back. Btw, they never returned phone calls either. I had to initiate the contact every time. It needed the winding stem repaired and that seemed to be an exhaustive complicated repair for these jackwagons. After one week the repair didn't hold and the "new" stem fell out. \r We went back to them for another try. It was the same crap again. Took about another month. Then after only a few days the watch quit working. The wanted to charge for this re-do on the repair.\r I never charged people to fix a screw up that I might I have caused in my business. I just ate it.\r \r They also suck on their used gold buying prices. Scummy pawnshops pay more than these people. more

Nice People, Nice Things 3/20/2010

We bought some silver things here, and we had to have them dipped in silver to make them look new again. They had some trouble getting these right, to the point where it wouldnt keep wearing off...but they ended up doing a great job the last time, when they tried a new approach. \r The people that work in the shop have always been very nice to us. It did take them a while to get things finished, but they seem to stay pretty busy, and I am happy that a small business in town is doing so well. So to the Its Time Clock Shop- job well done, and to those looking to purchase from here, they have beautiful things here and will do everything they can to make you happy with your purchase! \r Jewelry is at a great price here, and its antique which makes it so much more awesome! more

It's Time Clock Shop is a joke. 12/29/2009

If you know Drew, you know "It's on the corner of my bench." If you do business here for repairs be prepared to not get your watch/clock back for a very long time. It's also doubtful that your clock will run correctly for long after you get it back, if at all. more

Bad and getting worse! 6/4/2009

As of 05NOV09 Update on the below review: After 6 months they have now returned our scabbard. They never called us during the past 6 months and I either called or walked into the store more than 6 times. Of course the owner got wind of the review below and confronted my pregnant wife about it while picking up the item and rather than picking up the phone and calling me the owner started name calling and insulting. The owner is furious that he got a bad review so has started attacking me, the customer. They repeatedly ignored our calls or did not return them. Great way to do business... I just called and the owner continued more of the same slurs. He says it wasn't his fault and told my wife that the review was "scathing" and "cowardly". So, in short, if you use this business do so at your own risk. Very unprofessional, arrogant and hostile. There are many more trustworthy businesses that don't require all the drama.
