This was my favorite sushi restaurant growing up in SF. Whenever I go back to SF, I always make sure I stop by this restaurant. I was introduced to this place by my uncle and ever since, I've introduced this to all of my friends, and everyone agrees that they serve really good sushi. I haven't been able to find a place like this in LA.
There are so many sushi selections, and everytime I go back, they seem to add more selections if that's even possible. There's these boats that go around with sushi on top of the boats. We just take whichever ones we like. One warning, do not try to stop the boats. Being stupid teenagers we were, friends and I did this and the boats stopped completly. Took them a while to restart the boats. Good thing, the ppl were nice enough not to yell at us for doing that.
Make sure you get there early, this place gets so crowded at night.
