Save your receipt if you decide to buy your ink here! We recently purchased a Dell printer and you can only order replacement cartridges from Dell. Well, they are quite expensive so we decided to check this place out. I have purchased 2 different cartridges from them, one color and one black, and each time they have stopped working after about 15 or so short ‘prints’. They will reimburse you if you have your receipt and it is less than 30 days old. This can be a hassle to make the extra trip, and if you don’t print very often, you could well pass the 30-day mark before you find out you have a dud. Spend the extra money and just buy straight from Dell.
