Worst dealership ever!!! 9/25/2014

I purchased a used BMW from them back in February. Car immediately needed several repairs. They put in new (actually refurbished but they told me it was new) starter which was cheap and faulty and charged me over $500. I don't think they should have charged me anything. This car has cost me over $3000 in repairs and has left my teenage son stranded when it would not start over 7 times. Spoke with sales manager and he assured me they would take the car back and exchange for another vehicle. After another one and a half hour drive they offered me less than half of what I paid less than a year ago and less than the repairs I paid on the car. They also told me I needed to purchase a much more expensive car to be able to help me out in price break. Well, they were actually trying to give me a worse deal than the internet price. To top it all off, they gave me a quote with my husband's ex-wife's name and personal information printed at the top of the page!!!! Not quite sure what they did with the copy of my driver's license when they took it from me to test drive their filthy, more expensive car. Way to go Irwin!!! If it were a hospital setting I would sue them for HIPPA!!! They also give you pennies for trade ins, claiming they would never make much money on your trade, then list your used car on their website for many, many thousand more dollars claiming they have to pay to fix and inspect trade-ins. Now I know for a fact that do not repair or even inspect their traded cars. They are filthy and obviously need several repairs. Used sales car manager is miserable and does not want to help. They are crooks and do not care about their customers. I would not recommend this deanship to my worst enemy!!!! more

Excellent customer service department 5/25/2010

I have been here a few times for service on my truck and am a stickler for good customer service. They are excellent! Professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I felt very comfortable working with this team. I would go back for service and will defiantly go back to buy my next vehicle. more

Called The Irwin Zone from here in Concord about new RAV4 availability and the salesman got right back to me with good info. We decided to take the short drive up there and I must say that my wife and I were treated with respect, the price on the new vehicle was very competitive and the Trade-In on my older one was quite fair. Overall, a very nice experience, with financial arrangements being handled efficiently and the complete sales process taking just an afternoon. It's nice to be treated well, unlike at some other Toyota dealerships, and I highly recomend The Irwin Zone based entirely on my purchase of this vehicle. I have only made one appt for Service, but that was booked quickly, handled efficiently and the folks over in Service were just great to deal with. I'll be doing all my Service visits up there and recomment that you give them a try if you're in the market for a new car. Best of luck, Bill more

Irwin Motors is Great 12/30/2009

I had a great experience purchasing my used vehicle and buying parts from Irwin Motors. The salesman was low-pressure and knowledgable, and I was able to purchase my car the same day I came in, and drove it off the lot. The parts and customer service people were fantastic as well. I am taking my Toyota Highlander to my new 3-year assignment in west Africa, and the parts department packaged up all of the parts, filters, tires, etc. I will need to last me 3-years. The customer service team were great -- I could tell that they sincerely cared about each customer and their needs. I was only hoping for a painless experience and what I got was actually pleasurable. Thanks, Irwin! more
