I'd choose a ZERO if I could after my experience today. My husband and I went into IRA Toyota to go over our lease,which will be up in January. After explaining our situation (what we were looking for) and went for a test drive, we were left at the door of the building while the dealer we were working with (for over an hour) ditched us for another customer. We were then expected to go back over all our information with a new dealer, while the original deal tended to what appeared to be a more important customer. We left feeling aggravated, offended., and rejected, of course, we were less important and treated as such. I'm still shocked at how we were treated, as we were returning customers looking forward to another positive experience. Not so much!
