I am very disappointed and upset in this company! It makes me very upset that my item got delivered to the wrong address and we didn't even get an email to know when the item was processed and shipped to begin with even though I got an email saying they would send me that email. Both UPS and the Iowa Hawk Shop have been giving me the run around for two months and I'm just plain frustrated and disappointed! On my short lunch breaks I've contacted both UPS and the Iowa Hawk shop at least four times each. I'll never do business with this company again. They (Iowa Hawk Shop) never replied to my concern on their feedback form for two whole weeks when I inquired about my order (so then I had to make phone calls) nor did they send me that special email about when my order was processed and shipped so I couldn't keep an eye on it. UPS claims they had sent the the Iowa Hawk Shop a letter and money to re-send my item after many weeks of hassle and a week later, the Iowa Hawk Shop says they don't have such a letter and apparently re-sending the letter is not an option. Just poor customer service all the way around!! I won't be doing business with the Iowa Hawk Shop ever again now. UPS says that the (person) (company) who shipped the item must file the claim with them since they are the owner of the item until it reaches the recipient which it has not so I did leg work that I shouldn't of had to do (per Hawk Shop) but then to top it off, the Iowa Hawk shop won't make the necessary phone call that UPS had given me a number for them to call. The whole thing is frustrating and it's the crappiest service I've ever gotten! It looks like I'm at a loss for something I paid for! How sad that no one wants to make this right over 25 bucks over losing my business! They certainly lost that!
