This IHOP on Capitol Hill (about a block east of Broadway) can boast something that most other breakfast spots on the hill cannot; it has parking. The restaurant is clean and the food meets the IHOP quality standard. Also, this is located behind the Silver Cloud Inn, so its a good choice for travelers. As far as I can tell, it's the only place open for breakfast 24 hours on the hill. This IHOP does not have a counter, so if you're dining alone you'll have to wait for a table. The chicken-fried steak is very good, but I'd have to give the Pot Roast dinner a thumbs down.
