Classes are designed for children and adults who have no formal ballet training or who have studied in the past. The emphasis is on proper technique, progressing technically, building strength and flexibility, and increasing coordination. Classes are kept small. Dance students are trained in the Vaganova method and taught ballet steps and terminology by Madame Lindt.. Classical Ballet & Stretch (Ages 14 and Up). Advanced stretching and breathing exercises are given. Barre work is introduced with a greater emphasis on vocabulary and French terminology.Ballet Movement (Ages 14 and Up). Designed to enhance well-being,balance,posture,strengthen bones,improve memory for adults of all ages with or without previous dance training.Private lessons (Ages 14 and Up) are customized to the student. Attention is given towards improving ballet techniques at your tailored pace. Assessments on your ballet basics skills,stretching,stage character,positions,technique,and precise foot placement will develop your individual abilities.Facial exercise. These exercises train you to maintain healthy,lovely skin tone,and beauty,without the risk and cost of procedures and surgery that need to be repeated.
