poor customer service, had very expensive testing done for a painful condition - had to call the doctor multile times and leave messages for days before getting a response back to questions concerning the medical condition. Then the bill over a thousand dollars and after making payments for MONTHS and getting the balance down to almost half, was sent to collections for going 40 days instead of 30 days between payments over the holidays, This business does not seem to really want to HELP people only take thier money.
