I would suggest that if you are polite, it goes a long way for compensating for a lack of competence. However, sadly in the case of this outfit, those who I have dealt with who are its representatives, are neither. Not only can you expect your phone calls or maintenance requests to not be addressed, you can almost guarantee that when you do finally get to speak to someone that is supposed to help you (generally requires multiple trips to the office in person), this frustration will come with a not so discreet ?side-order? of rudeness and arrogance. This I suppose is an unfortunate reality that will present itself when one unfit and unqualified to be in a position of management is trusted with this task. It is humorous that there is a display in the leasing office advertising Internacional Management that reads, ?More than you expected.? I would suggest that a more accurate statement is seldom made because after all, I only expected to live in an apartment that was located in the city of my place of employment. I never expected to have to jump through a multitude of hoops to get a serious maintenance request addressed; I never expected to be told I would be called back repeatedly with this never happening; I never thought I would have to take off from work on multiple occasions to speak to someone in person to try to ensure that something would be done; I never expected to see someone be ?put out? to the point of blatant rudeness for being politely asked to simply fulfill a function of their job; and I certainly never expected to have an idea of what it must have felt like to be a serf on a feudal manor years ago when having to deal with an unjust lord, or in this case those who seem to fancy themselves as such. In any case, I could go on and on and on about this outfit, but I now must wrap things up (despite having so much more to share, I?m at the 2000 character limit) by saying to do yourself a favor and avoid renting with this outfit at any cost.
