"We've got dogs," I told the salesman. "Big dogs."
"Oh, then you want Karastan," he told me. And I believed him. So I bought the Karastan, they installed it and we were very happy. Or so I thought. A week after installation, the dog barfed on said carpet. It happens, right? Well, when we cleaned it, the carpet shredded where the barf was. That was surprising, as was the revelation that the manufacturer doesn't warrant the carpet against dog mess of any kind. Seems like that salesman should have pointed me to something else, right? And maybe I&T might want to help me out? Wrong--they refused to do anything and now I have a huge bald spot right in the middle of my brand-new carpet. I've since talked to others who've had similar experiences. Avoid these guys!
