Innovative Chiropractic Rehab & Massage

This is my short story with Innovative Chiropractic. I was promised a complete fix with the 3x/week for 12 weeks treatment plan but I had was difficulties. \r \r I am double insured but it still cost over $1000 out of pocket and every time I talked to the women in billing, she was so rude. I do have to say for the most part, everyone else is very friendly, which is why I stuck out the 12 weeks because I thought that I could trust them as professionals.\r \r It was at my final xray results after the 12 weeks when everyone saw the truth. The doctor told me there was ""minimal improvement"". And was that an understatement. My back pain had not improved and there was only single digit changes in the degrees of my spine. I was almost in tears, and then he said ""99% of change happens at home"" and then went on to tell me to change the way I slept, my mattress, take it slow at work (I'm an RN). Wish I would have known that before spending over $1000 out of pocket and wasting all my chiropractic adjustments for the YEAR from both my insurances. Then he said I should still be seen every month. What a waste of time, money, and energy. I wouldn't recommend this office to my family or friends. more

Innovative Chiropractic provides Great Service and effective treatment for back and neck pain. They are conveniently located in Murphy's corner.\r \r Their staff are professional, courteous and customer-oriented. They work around my schedule and work with my budget; including working with 2 different insurance companies. Their philosophy of care truly works; they combine physical exercise and posture awareness with every visit. \r \r Their Massage Therapists are wonderful too! Would love to see them incorporate more SRT (Strucutral Relief Therapy) into their massage treatment! Pros: Professional, Courteous, Treatment that eliminates pain! That all people think that medical care should be taken care of by your insurance just because you have it and that the patient should not be responsible for any money out of pocket? Well I have something to say to all of you who have nothing else better to do than to complain and write bad reviews about a company who goes above and beyond than any other healthcare provider to try to get paid by our stingy health insurance carries. This is what I have to say to all you losers who think healthcare should be free and cost you absolutely nothing: Take responsibility for your bill, don't complain if you rack up a bill and try to get out of it by writing bad reviews and sending complaints to the BBB or the Attorney general. Grow some balls, suck it up and pay. What makes a chiropractor any different that any other healthcare provider? Do you question a bill when it comes form the hospital? Or do you pay it because you know you are responsible for the care that you received? It's people like you that make businesses go under. All I have to say about Innovative is that they have wonderful doctors that understand and have extensive training and help people get out of pain, the front desk staff is very professional and really try to work with your schedule, the billing; they don't just care about the money, because they will find a way to help you complete your care and make it affordable and they go out of their way to get your insurance to pay before they forward you the bill. People who write bad reviews above and beyond their visit experience it’s because they have nothing else better to do and don't want to pay for their healthcare. more

I have had chronic headaches for most of my life, blame it on the day job where I am slumpted over scanning medical documents at a desk all day :/ \r \r I called in off an advertisement and thought I would give it a shot with no real thought that they would actually be able to help. Dr. Marshall sat with me and devised a care plan and amazingly enough headaches are a symptom that Chiropractic has been documented by medical journals to alleviate. I have now been visiting this clinic weekly for three months and I haven't popped an asprin in WEEKS!! This is monumental to me and I am now a firm believer in Chiropractic and Massage Therapy. Before landing at Innovative Chiropractic and Massage I was what you would call a skeptic. Not for any other reason then I just didn’t know much about spinal care. A friend referred me to the clinic to see Silvia one of the 5 massage therapists that are on staff. After a couple of wonderfully relaxing massages I decided it might be time to look into what was actually causing my pain. I made an appointment to meet with Dr. Marshall for a chiropractic exam. He took the time to explain the why, and he even offers a class where i can ask all the questions I want. Dr. Hongs demonstrations really helped me understand why it was important to fix the problem now before it's too late. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They make you feel like they are invested in my care. I can really only say good things at this point. more

I love going into Innovative Chiropractic and Massage. My experience there has been wonderful everytime. I love seeing both Dr. Marshall and Dr. Hong. They both have very different ways of adjusting but you still walk out with the same results. \r \r The Massages are absolutly to die for! They have five Massage Therapists there that are ready and willing to take on new patients. The rooms are very clean and conforting to be in. Dr. Brad Marshall-Inman is awesome chiropractor! I was in a ton of neck pain and lower back pain. Within a short amount of time I was back at the gym and running again. Dr. Marshall and Dr. Hong are caring, and made getting care at their clinic easy. I wasn't sure if this would be the route to go (chiropractic)but no doubt it has been the best thing I have done for my health! I hadn't been able to exercise for quite a while.
