Inglemoor Animal Hospital is the BEST vet, hands down. I have a lot of animals, I do rescue work and take my foster dogs there as well. All the years Ive been using Inglemoor, I have only seen Dr. Pfifer one time. Today I saw him, with one of my foster dogs, and wow! He was absolutely amazing. I was in there for over an hour, he explained everything, showed me the xrays of my dogs foot, pointed out every detail. They are a tad expensive, but worth every cent. we have a discount vet at our disposal, but wouldnt dream of going there now.Inglemoor even gives me a discount on my foster dogs, which helps. Ive also had the sad task of having to put 2 of my beloved dogs down there, due to old age, and they are VERY compassionate in dealing with that. I've loved all their vets, and their staff. highly recommend Inglemoor! more

Dear pet lovers,\r \r You can stop searching for capable & competent Veterinarians!*** I FOUND THE BEST OF THE BEST!***\r \r Inglemoor Animal hospital is the winner! They have been the ONLY vet to get results for my sweet girl Gypsy.\r \r I have been to 5 different vets, and I even tried homeopathy. I have spent an astronomical amount of $$$ money, time, and energy on trying to get results for Gypsy's miserable chronic ear infections, and skin problems. It has been a long & exhausting road for her, and I. For over 6 years, it seemed to be never bills, and zero relief for her.\r \r Until now! I am writing this to SAVE YOU from what I went through, Save you from wasting your PRECIOUS time, money, energy, and most importantly...your much loved pets HEALTH!\r \r Here is what helped me, and what I am recommending to you.....\r \r ****** Make an appointment at Inglemoor animal hospital. *******\r \r Gypsy saw Dr. Pfeifer, he is so intelligent & kind. It was the best experience for both of us. I learned a lot, and Gypsy was finally on a path of healing. Truly.\r \r He is our HERO!\r \r I feel like any Dr that practices there, would give you a pleasant experience, with excellent results.\r \r The girls in the front were so nice, and accommodating.\r \r ( I admit, I am hard to please after experiencing so many fails, at previous vet hospitals)\r \r And these girls went above & beyond to answer my questions, and my emails.\r \r I am taking the time, and writing my first review so that YOU can get the help that you may need, for your much loved pet! more

Best vets we've ever had! 4/19/2012

Dr. Pfifer and his associates are the most thorough, competent, and kind vets we've ever taken our pets to for care. We receive extensive explanations for every shot, medication or procedure and are given reasonable options when treatment for an illness or injury has been necessary. Our dogs, now are old, happy and pretty darned healthy thanks to the care and compassion they have received at Inglemoor. In addition, to the doctors, the staff is exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, as well. KA Simpson more

My Dog is So Comfortable Here! 3/13/2012

Our experience at Inglemoor Animal Hospital has been everything we could have hoped for. We're first-time pet owners, with no clue what a trip to the vet should entail. Dr. Phifer immediately put us at ease and made us feel like this is a safe an comforting place to bring our new puppy. His gentle nature and calm demeanor immediately put our dog at ease and made our first visit go so smoothly! All of the staff have been nothing but kind, pleasant and helpful. There is no doubt that this is where we will be taking our puppy from now on! more

They use shock collars in the office! 11/29/2011

Thankfully, I haven't been to this office, but I would be SO UPSET if I found that my dogs had been shocked while at the vet. If they are willing to use shock collar on a dog, what else are they willing to do? If they are willing to impose pain while walking in their office, I worry that they would not be interested in minimizing pain during procedures. more

Best animal hospital in the region! 3/6/2011

Throughout the years I have taken my animals to many different clinics around the greater seattle area. My pets are like famly and mean the world to me so it's very important that i provide them with the best I can manage.\r \r The first thing that stood out to me is that Inglemoor Animal Hospital understands and embraces the idea that pets are more than animals, but family members. The staff is kind and helpful and the doctors are very knowledgable and gentle. All the vets are great but my favorite vet is Dr. Pfeifer who I believe owns the clinic. He truly cares about his patients and gives his full effort and attention to each one, unlike other clinics I've been to. He even took time out of his schedule to come to my home when my poor Sadie had to be put down so she would be as comfortable as possible. I was truly touched, and to me it really separated him from the rest. \r \r Inglemoor Animal Hospital is very professional but also very caring and close, so I don't mind having to drive the extra distance from my house to go to it. As long as this practice continues to run, which I'm certain will be many, many more years, I will continue to bring my animals there. I recommend every pet owner to do the same! more

A Wonderful Hospital 6/9/2010

Dr. Mike Pfiefer has been taking care of our yellow Labrador for nearly three and a half years. He has been an amazing, caring, professional and thorough caretaker for our Rosie. If there's a surgery or something else that Dr Mike feels he's not comfortable doing, his recommendations have always worked out great. We have several close friends that also take their furry friends to Dr. Mike at Inglemoor Animal Hospital. There have been times when Dr. Mike was not available and the other doctor's there on staff were just as professional and knowledgeable. We feel very comfortable working with the other DVM doctors. All their staff have been so caring, professional and always easy to work with. Pros: Caring, Professional, Thorough, Knowlegable etc… Cons: Haven't discovered any. more

Great service 4/16/2010

I have been going to Inglemoor for apx. 7 years, and they have always been great to my pets. The office is bright, cheery and always appears very clean. My dog is extremely nervous whenever he has to go for his check-ups, the staff is always very attentive to his needs. I recently had to put my 17 year old cat down, the vet and staff were so kind to me during the very difficult appointment, they didn't hesitate to let me go without taking care of my bill first. I received a thoughtful card in the mail a few days later. Would defintely recommend Inglemoor. more

Such a caring place 4/5/2010

A friend recommended Inglemoor to me for our Hamster. And they were so kind! Now with a dog, we have been there three times. Everyone is caring, thorough, and very knowledgeable. I feel like I am part of the family. more

Dr. Pheiffer is the best vet in area. 12/19/2008

Started taking animals to Dr Pheiffer when practice first opened. My experience with him is that he is a remarkable Vet as well as a person. Took my dog to him for his whole life and when he passed away after 13 years Mike came to my house to make him comfortable in his last moments with us. Never ever had someone show so much compassion and professionalism in the situation. more

Good but defintely used to be better 2/25/2008

I've been using Inglemoor for over 12 years. I agree - Dr. Shini and Dr. Jane were absolutely awesome. Dr. Jane has also moved to Phinney Ridge and we followed her there for the rest of our kitty's life. Unfortunately, with Dr. Scott and Dr. Jane gone and the huge staff turnover, it is definitely not the same and we now feel that the 40 minute drive to get there is no longer worth it. If we lived closer, we would probably still use them. It was worth it for Dr. Scott and Dr. Jane but we have yet to meet another vet there that we felt as great about. The new ones seem very young and don't seem to care about the overall picture nearly as much. Just get you in and out. more

Great place for family pets 11/12/2007

A very caring staff who takes the extra time to make sure the pets are not only healthy but happy. I had my boxer spaid recently and when I went to pick her up they had brought her in the staff room to lay down because she disliked the crate. Each staff member knew her name and treated her like she was there own. On another instance, our puppy was bit by a neighbors dog and I had taken her to the emergency room in Kirlkland on a Sat. That Monday Inglemoor staff called to check on her welfare. They called again on Wed. It is that kind of personal and thorough service that differentiates this great group of doctors and staff. It is also fairly easy to get an appointment same day if needed. Pros: Carin experienced staff that follows up appropriately. Knows breed traits. Cons: none so far more

Good but not the best 9/4/2007

We had gone to Inglemoor Vet for years but generally only saw Dr. Schini or Dr. Jane. Dr. Scott Schini was our favorite and Dr. Jane was a close 2nd. Both are exceptionally friendly, caring and loving people -- toward pets and humans. They were really good about giving explicit discharge orders and would follow up with a phone call once we were home. I had heard several ""bad reviews"" about the head doctor (the owner?) so we never saw him. We loved the front desk gals/asistants but a few years ago the ones we saw all the time were no longer there and we didn't get to the know the new ones like we had the others. Then Dr. Scott left to start his own business (Maple Leaf Vet) wo we ended up following him to his new clinic. If Dr. Jane is still working at Inglemoor, I would highly recommend her. If not, I would try out Dr. Scott's new place. more

Most caring vets and staff around! 7/5/2006

I have been going to Inglemoor Animal Hospital for 6 years and they have given me and my pets nothing but top notch service. The vets are extremely caring and friendly. The staff is always helpfull and very knowledgeable. I always called them for pet advice and they always had a great answer. If the staff didn't know the answer, they would find out and call right back. Wonderful team and am really sorry I couldn't take thme to CO with me. more

Friendly vets and friendly staff 6/20/2006

I have been going to Inglemoor for 3 years. The vets are great. They get on the floor with my dogs and play with them. The staff is great. If I have questions, I called them and they answer my questions over the phone. This vet hospital is great. I drive the extra miles to go there. more

Excellent care for all our pets 6/20/2006

We took our new pup to this clinic based on a glowing referral from friend in our new neighborhood. We love all of them! From coming to my house to put my 19 year old cat down, to joking with us about how much our dog must love the vets (because he's always going in), to going ten rounds with the pet insurance company with us to get said dog insured, I've always felt like we got 110% service from them. They even call to follow up and see how the dog is doing after almost every visit. I like them so much more than my vet in my old Seattle neighborhood. Much more personable and helpful. I highly recommend them. Pros: later hours, helpful, informative care more

Bad Staff, Great Vet 5/21/2006

The staff lost my appointments, was unhelpful and unconcerned. I stopped going because I didn't want the extra hassle in dealing with the staff. The vet, however, was great, and I was sorry to stop seeing him. Pros: nice vet Cons: unhelpful staff more
