System was opened in Spring by Indy irrigation, but valve leaks not detected because not looked at by technician when opening system. 2 weeks after system opened, I noticed soggy grass and called technician back out to my home. I then received estimate to upgrade existing system with replacement of valves which leaked, tap, and fix broken sprinkler heads. I phoned technician who said secretary would call to set up appointment for him to return to replace leaky valves, tap, and broken sprinkler heads. I never received a call, even left my cell phone #. Never a return call. I attempted 2 more calls and left voice messages. I never received a call and am calling another irrigatin company who actually does return phone calls and is dependable.
