These people have a well deserved ""F"" on the BBB website. They send unsolicited product using random employees' names as a ""purchase order"" and then they are rude if you call back and try to return the product, refusing to issue a return number (or say that they have to charge a 20% restock). They have very unethical business practices and they will lie to try and get you to pay. I would avoid dealing with them if at all possible, but as they ship without a purchase order and charge you at an inflated price , you might not have a choice. If they pull this with you, I'd suggest reporting them to the OC District Attorney's office. I'd give minus stars, but that wasn't an option.
