We have been using IVC for many years, long before the current owners purchased the clinic several years ago. We were so sad to the Dr. Beck go, but were completely thrilled with the new owners once we got to know them. Each of the doctors is so caring and compassionate, in addition to being a skilled veterinarian. They treat our animals as if they were their own. The staff could not be any nicer or friendlier. They always greet us by name and know the names of each of our pets. Everyone takes a real interest our ""babies"" and is genuinely concerned when they are ill. They call to follow up the day after any one of the animals has been in for a visit to see how they are feeling, and the call us every month to remind us to give heartworm protection. I also like that they do things for the community, like gather donations of food for those that need assistance, raise money for the American Cancer Society, and offer Pet CPR and First Aid classes, to name a few. They are a great group of people that really go above and beyond the call of duty. We have had pets for many, many years, and have been to a number of clinics in that time, but since we moved to Charlotte we have been loyal clients of IVC and would not dream of going anywhere else. We are also involved in dog rescue, and I am so loyal to this clinic that I take my rescue dogs here and pay for their care out of my own pocket, instead of using the vet the rescue group uses and would pay for.
Pros: Fabulous doctors, caring staff, very neat and clean clinic
Cons: No cons, but I wish they were open ALL the time!
